Initially starting in a 5-month project, Evertalent has become a member of the SONOS Global Talent Acquisition Team for over two years, providing recruiting excellence and strategic value to the overall organisation. Driving the full cycle recruiting process across EMEA in a high growth and fast paced environment. Closely collaborating with hiring managers and EMEA Leadership Team to identify and deliver the BEST talent. SONOS is definitely one of the most exciting places to be.

Hiring amazing sales, marketing and support staff for launching the SONOS UK direct operation from scratch (served as a dedicated UK recruiter).
Reducing reliance on agencies and instead building in-house sourcing engine leveraging cost-efficient direct sourcing strategies, social recruiting, referral and networking activities.
Initiating TA social media presence.
