As a Talent Strategy Advisor, I help transform how visionary companies hire. Traditional hiring is often transactional; I turn it into a strategic force that drives innovation, strengthens culture, and fuels measurable growth. I work directly with founders and leadership teams to build the talent foundations growing companies need - often long before they are ready for a full-time TA function.

My work focuses on enabling innovation-led organisations to navigate scale and complexity - from Deep Tech and the Energy Transition (sustainable aviation fuel, green Li-ion batteries) to advanced digital platforms. Across all sectors, the common thread is ambition and the need to build teams that can grow with the mission.

Endurance & Mindset Outside of work, I ride ultra-distance bikepacking adventures. Recently, I completed a 5,000 km ride from the Netherlands to Spain, including El Piri and Basajaun (both ~800 km with 17,000+ meters of elevation).

I am drawn to challenges that demand resilience, adaptability, and the ability to stay steady when things get difficult. This mindset - navigating uncertainty and finding strength under pressure - directly shapes how I support mission-driven companies during their most critical moments of growth.
