How it Works: Our fees are flat, predictable, and tied to milestones of success. We don’t just fill roles; we de-risk the hiring process.

1. Project Initiation (The Launch): A project initiation fee secures our joint commitment and allows us to dedicate our full resources to launch the search. We build the brief, map the market, and begin the hunt.

2. Execution (The Hire): The second tranche is due only when we successfully secure your candidate.

3. Assurance (The Fit): The final balance is paid only after the candidate has successfully completed three months on your team. We stay invested until long-term retention is proven.

Investment We deliver our searches on a flat-fee basis, tiered by role complexity, starting from €18,000*.
