How it Works: Our fees are flat, predictable, and tied to milestones of success.

  1. Mobilization (The Launch): A small initial retainer secures our dedicated focus. We build the brief, map the market, and begin the hunt.

  2. Execution (The Hire): The second tranche is due only when we successfully secure your candidate.

  3. Assurance (The Fit): The final balance is paid only after the candidate has successfully completed 3 months on your team.

Investment Our searches are delivering on a flat-fee basis, tiered by role complexity, starting from €18,000*. This structure creates a true partnership: we share the risk, and we are invested in the long-term retention of the hire.
